CREW Leader Position

The role of the Crew Leader is at the heart of what makes LEAF work. This summer position (June-August) involves supporting and mentoring youth crew members.

We are a year round work place for youth, aged 14-18, who are excited about discovering who they are and what they are uniquely good at, interested in meaningful work that benefits their community, and passionate about working across differences. LEAF is an organization that engages and inspires youth leaders to create resilient and innovative communities and local food systems.
